Tour 2008
The Italian Tour has created a tremendous amount of interest
in the Bologna region with media coverage guaranteed. Our hosts The G.D
Company of Bologna are the largest employer in the area. They have been
responsible for arranging all of our games, our travel and some input
into our selection of accommodation. The Confederation of Industries in
Italy have also been involved in ensuring that our hotel costs have remained
at a nominal sum.
Our
thanks for this go to the Owner and President of the G.D Company Ms Isabella
Seragnoli and their current Head of Internal Affairs Mr Claudio Venturi.
Without their assistance,
support and love of Sport our current plans would not have materialised.
Another person to whom we are indebted is the journalist Roberto Gotta
at the Leading Sports Magazine “Guerin Sportivo”. His article
in last September’s Issue about our Annual Tournament and Euro Tours
really set the ball rolling. I have met Roberto on two occasions and he
assures me of coverage for the tour in the magazine.

This will be played at Stadio Dall’ Ara the main Bologna Stadium.
Friday 13th
June.
A skills clinic with local youngsters in Sasso Marconi.
An evening in the City of Bologna.

A 3 Team Tournament at Sasso Marconi Stadium KO 18:00
Matches with SASSO MARCONI and a team to be confirmed from Excellenza
League.
Sunday 15th June
Coach Transport from Hotel to Airport 10:30am
