About Us PhotoStop is a lifestyle and location photographic library serving publishers, design and advertising agencies, tourist boards, regional development agencies and the tourism industry in general. Uniquely, we offer a free commission service. Send us your photographic brief and we'll take the shots, images are then uploaded to your personal web page and you will be sent an e-mail allowing access and first choice of any shots you may like. You may purchase single images under any of the usual licensing terms or negotiate for any combination of quantity and usage, the choice is yours. You are under no obligation to purchase any images, photographs you do not want will be added to the Photo-Stop library. PhotoStop is completely dedicated to your total satisfaction. Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, choose the size of the images you wish to purchase and click on the buy button to put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. Our standard license agreement is for one year, non-exclusive single use. We will be happy to discuss any extension of the standard licensing arrangement, including exclusivity, time frames and multiple usage. We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

Shipping And Handling Images for internet use A4 at 72 dpi size are sent by e-mail and there is no delivery charge. We will normally send all other file sizes as CMYK Tiff files on CD Rom. and there is a small charge of GBP 2.50. per CD. A standard 700 Mb CD Rom will hold approximately eighteen A4 CMYK files at 300 dpi If you require more immediate delivery, images can be dispatched to you by special next day delivery, international business post or ISDN. Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero .

Credit Card Security We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Guarantee Every effort is made to ensure that your images reach you in perfect condition, however PhotoStop takes no responsibility for any loss incurred due to media or files corrupted or damaged in transit.
